I have said that to myself many times today.
And it's time to put those old thoughts to
bed!
Thoughts can become a habit just like anything
else.
And when you realize you've gone there again,
you have to say

And of course the more you try to stop,
the more you think of it!
Unlike physical habits,

so they are harder to control.
